The Atlas Springblossom Season ends on June 25th, 2019. All prizes must be claimed by then, as Atlas Springblossom Badges will not be usable in future seasons.
ATLAS MAINTENANCE
Atlas will undergo update maintenance for Version 4.97’s release on Tuesday, April 2nd. In addition, there will be a small period of time where the event page will be down in Atlas to prep for the Springblossom Season’s launch on Thursday, April 4th.
SEASON CHANGES
In previous seasons, we have given out 2 new pieces of the 8-piece Elite gear set every season. Now that we have completed the full 8-piece rotation, we plan to try something different this season!
Previously, we had 5 Offensive and 5 Defensive Rider Gear branches that contained 2 Elite Gear pieces, but this season, we will reduce the number of Gear branches available while increasing the amount of Elite Gear pieces available. Additionally, we will be increasing the number of riders available, going from 1 to 2.
Previous Season Branches | New Season Branches |
5 Offensive Rider Gear branches - 2 Elite gear pieces each | 2 Offensive Rider Gear branches - 4 Elite gear pieces each |
5 Defensive Rider Gear branches - 2 Elite gear pieces each | 2 Defensive Rider Gear branches - 4 Elite gear pieces each |
1 Rider branch | 2 Rider branches |
4 Primarch Buff branches | 4 Primarch Buff branches (unchanged) |
Format
We’re moving away from the format of previous seasons and bringing the format closer to that of the main game’s Seasons. The new Atlas season will utilize a tree-like structure that will require players to complete two of the branches before unlocking the third.
Branch Costs and Content
The overall cost of Atlas season will remain the same and the overall content, besides the major changes mentioned above, will also remain largely the same. Check the table below for more details!
Additionally, a repeatable Atlas chest will be available at the end of each Rider branch that will allow players to spend any excess Atlas Badges.
Please Note: Primarch Buff branches are excluded from the table as they were not changed.

CASTLE OWNERSHIP-BASED LEADERBOARD
Rounds and Scoring
-
The entire Atlas Springblossom Season will be made up of two-week rounds.
-
At the end of each two-week round, the Leaderboard will update with Victory Points earned by each team based on the top 20 most valuable castles they own at that time.
Victory Points
-
At the start of each two-week round, each castle will start with some Victory Points based on region/castle level.

Higher level castles are worth more Victory Points.

Every time that castle is conquered during the round, its current Victory Point value is reduced by 10% i.e. 100, 90, 81, 73, 66, 59, 53, etc.

Defending your castles from conquerors is the best way to earn the most Victory Points for castles you own at the end of each round.

Alternatively, seek out and conquer the castles of teams that threaten your team’s rank to reduce their Victory Point potential.

A castle’s Victory Point value will not recover until it resets to full at the start of each two-week round.

A castle’s Victory Point value is visible to all Atlas players (not hidden by Fog of War).

Example: Castle X, owned by Team A, is worth 50,000 VP at the beginning of Round 1. It is conquered by Team B, and then conquered back by Team A. Round 1 ends and Team A earns 40,500 VP for this castle. Once Round 2 begins, Castle X returns to being worth 50,000 VP.
Tiebreakers
Tiebreakers between teams at the end of the season will be broken based on the teams’ top 50 most valuable castle holdings.
