Game Status Page - Available Now!
After hearing players’ feedback regarding transparency and requests for more real-time updates when a major issue is in the game, we decided to create the Game Status article. Whenever there is a live issue affecting many players in the game following an app update or a new feature release, the Game Status article will log the team’s efforts and the status of the fix as soon as an update is available.
This article is meant to provide:
* Provide players a go-to page that they can access in-game to view the current state of an issue affecting players game-wide
* Serve as a library where players can view past incident reports
To view this article, in the game:
-Tap on Gear icon
-Tap the Help button
-Tap on the Game Status article under “Announcements”
