Runes FAQ

Have you had a chance to play with Runes yet? How are you liking them? We saw that some players still had questions on how Runes work, so we put together this nifty FAQ which addresses the most common questions about them.

• Do resist runes apply to dragons that don't already have the resist spells?

  	<li>No, resists runes do not apply to dragons that don&#39;t have the resist ability already. If you add a resist ability to that dragon before an attack, the rune will then work.</li>

  	<li>It would raise the healing amount by from 10% to 13%.</li>

  <li><strong>What does the Common Storm Sticker&rsquo;s enhancement, &ldquo;Storm Tower Super Shot Damage +7.0%&rdquo; do? </strong>

  	<li>The storm tower does damage while its super shot shields nearby towers (even though it&rsquo;s not visible). This rune increases that damage.</li>

  <li><strong>Is a dragon&rsquo;s attack power or a base&rsquo;s defense power currently affected by runes?</strong>

  	<li>Not currently, though we&rsquo;re working on integrating runes with the attack and defense power.</li>

  	<li>This refers to the explosive shield ability.</li>
