Ride the Waves into Battle with the Atlas Summerkai Season!

War Dragons - Atlas Summerkai Season

Ready yourselves for a new season in the lands of Atlas!

The current Atlas Springblossom Season will be ending on July 2nd at 2pm PT before the Atlas Summerkai Season arrives on Tuesday, July 2nd at 4pm PT! Teamwork will be of utmost importance as always, so gather the troops and set to the skies for battle!

The Atlas Summerkai Season ends on September 24, 2019. All prizes must be claimed by then, as Atlas Summerkai Badges will not be usable in future seasons.

ATLAS MAINTENANCE

There will be a small period of time where the event page will be down in Atlas to prep for the Summerkai Season’s launch on Tuesday, July 2nd.

INTRODUCING A NEW GEAR TIER

Debuting in the upcoming Atlas Summerkai Season, the Mythic Gear Tier will be a step above current Elite Gear. As with Elite Gear’s introduction, Mythic Gear will be exclusive to Atlas Seasons. Individual Mythic Gear pieces will need to be leveled up to level 10 to get the full Attack and HP benefits (see below).

Elite Gear will still be available in Season’s branches, but Elite will also become craftable with the release of Version 5.01, set to release this week!

SEASON CHANGES

We heard a lot of feedback from players about the changes to Seasons that we introduced in the Atlas Springblossom Season, especially around the riders. This season we will be utilizing the same tree-like structure introduced during the Springblossom Season, but the Mythic Branches will no longer be riders. The new Mythic Branches will contain 4 pieces of gear from the Mythic Tier.

Branch Costs and Content

With the return to a stand-alone Rider branch, some of the cost of the Mythic branches will be shifted to the new Rider branch.

The repeatable Atlas chest will be available at the end of each Mythic Gear branch that will allow players to spend any excess Atlas Badges.

Please Note: Primarch Buff branches are excluded from the table as they were not changed.

CASTLE OWNERSHIP-BASED LEADERBOARD

Rounds and Scoring

  • The entire Atlas Summerkai Season will be made up of two-week rounds.

  • At the end of each two-week round, the Leaderboard will update with Victory Points earned by each team based on the top 20 most valuable castles they own at that time.

Victory Points

  • At the start of each two-week round, each castle will start with some Victory Points based on region/castle level.

    • Higher level castles are worth more Victory Points.

  • Every time that castle is conquered during the round, its current Victory Point value is reduced by 10% i.e. 100, 90, 81, 73, 66, 59, 53, etc.

    • Defending your castles from conquerors is the best way to earn the most Victory Points for castles you own at the end of each round.

    • Alternatively, seek out and conquer the castles of teams that threaten your team’s rank to reduce their Victory Point potential.

  • A castle’s Victory Point value will not recover until it resets to full at the start of each two-week round.

  • A castle’s Victory Point value is visible to all Atlas players (not hidden by Fog of War).

Example: Castle X, owned by Team A, is worth 50,000 VP at the beginning of Round 1. It is conquered by Team B, and then conquered back by Team A. Round 1 ends and Team A earns 40,500 VP for this castle. Once Round 2 begins, Castle X returns to being worth 50,000 VP.

Tiebreakers

Tiebreakers between teams at the end of the season will be broken based on the teams’ top 50 most valuable castle holdings.
